been a few weeks but cot is showing assets went from +2000 to -17000 (short ) as of last week, so they are indeed loading up short again, this run up is probably them looking to load up short again, so I would expect AUD to dump once it hits ...

looks like a small flip to long, +20 to +2220 contracts, so either this is a dip and a bargain buy or they sold it (data delays)... will need to wait until next week to see, but they got average long on the dip from 7600 looking at the chart i guess ...

and the US dumped it, watch out could get choppy some squiggles

Assets brought the dip closing out 23k contracts since the start of March looks like the flip to long might still be on the cards, have to wait until we get to 7500 though, then a push to 7600 maybe and see if they dump it again

getting there by April sometime hopefully if i gets there it will probably range a bit, will have to see if they get short again there -- looks like Assets have closed shorts nearly 40% since 7000 lows, if they close completely it could kick higher ...

assets still unwinding so long bias and now retail crowd is getting short so a spike higher is still on the cards, imo, maybe see 7450 soon second down leg would be them reloading short on US rate hike news... I don't get the impression they are ...

US CPI this Thursday so possibly, if rumors are true, it will be high and maybe US rate hikes this year, would no doubt push aud/usd down, or maybe just a temp spike as they may have been pricing it in?
