Imagine being this dude, who never bought any bitcoin for years of intense interest and personal opinion. Everyone eventually gives in and realizes the potential. Even Peter Schiff finally admitted the potential and said it can go to 100k.

Unfortunately I don't understand you. There's no native telegram functions within mt. Web-requests only work with scripts and expert advisors. Telegram api calls require a web request.

I have a solution for mt5, so if you must use mt4, we'd need to mt4 to mt5 trade copier, then mt5 to the exchanges. Or recode the bot to trade on mt5 and leave that outdated mt4 platform in the closet. Stop limits probably not supported in mt4, but ...
