    Russia vetoed a draft U.N. Security Council resolution on Friday that would have deplored Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, while China abstained from the vote - a move western countries view as a win for showing Russia's international isolation. The United Arab Emirates and India also abstained from the vote on the U.S.-drafted text. The remaining 11 council members voted in favor. The draft resolution is now expected to be taken up by the 193-member U.N. General Assembly. The United Nations passed down the vote as President Zelensky warned that the Russians intend to take Kyiv overnight, urging his countrymen to resist ... (full story)

The Veto System should be SCRAPPED. Can't believe that there is inequality and an undemocratic system in the UN Council. If you are mighty and powerful, you can say no and nobody will have their say after that. Stupid rigged system.

And of course Russia will put veto on something which is against Russia. This U.N. veto system is a complete joke. It should be at least on majority, not on a single rejection.
